Cancers We Treat

Types of lung cancer we treat include:

Non-small-cell lung cancer accounts for 85 to 90 percent of lung cancers. The three main types, named for the types of cancer cells, are squamous cell carcinoma, adenocarcinoma and large-cell carcinoma

Small-cell lung cancer accounts for about 15 percent of lung cancer and is typically more aggressive than small cell lung cancer.

Mesothelioma is a cancer affecting the membrane lining of the lungs and is associated with asbestos exposure.

Mediastinal tumors are rare tumors that form in the mediastinum (the area in the middle of the chest that separates the lungs). Among these is thymoma, a cancer of the thymus gland, an organ that lies in the upper chest under the breastbone).
