Visitors are encouraged to stop at the information desk in the main lobby to receive a patient room number. To protect the confidentiality of patients, nurses and staff may be limited in the information they can provide.

Your discharge planning should begin the day you are admitted, or shortly thereafter. Since some resources and services may take time to arrange, it is best to start this process as early as possible in your hospital stay in order to maximize your choices.
