The purpose of this research is to learn more about the study medicine, methylphenidate hydrochloride extended-release capsules and whether it is beneficial for children 4 to 5 years of age with ADHD. The study will examine whether the study medicine is tolerable, how it works in the body, and whether it can treat ADHD symptoms the way it was designed.
