The goal of this study is to determine the ability of letrozole to penetrate the blood brain barrier and concentrate in high grade gliomas.
Criteria:
To Be Eligible: Age 18 Or Older, Must Have Recurrent High Grade Glioma, Nonpregnant/Breastfeeding, No Other Uncontrolled Illness
