Worker non-compliance with safety policies and procedures causes up to two-thirds of accidents in the aviation industry. The long-term impact of training safety procedures and policies in general job training is unknown. To determine whether the time since training is a predictor of workplace safety culture, aviation workers will complete surveys and semi-structured interviews 24 hours, one month, and three months after training. The factors that influence individual health and safety motivation will be considered.
