The main purpose of this research study is to find out whether radiation to the whole breast area and lymph node region for women who have had a lumpectomy is better than or the same as radiation to the whole breast only.

Criteria:

To Be Eligible: Must Have Been Diagnosed With Breast Cancer, Age 18 Or Older, Female, Min 8 Weeks Neoadjuvant Chemo, Nonpregnant/Nonbreastfeeding, No Metastatic Disease, No Sex Hormonal Therapy.
