The main purpose of this research study is to find out whether radiation to the whole breast area and lymph node region for women who have had a lumpectomy is better than or the same as radiation to the whole breast only. Another purpose of this study is to find out whether radiation to the whole breast area and lymph node region for women who have had a mastectomy is better or the same as no radiation.

Criteria:

To Be Eligible To Participate, Patients Must Have Been Diagnosed With Breast Cancer With Cancer Cells In The Lymph Nodes. Patients Must Have Had Chemotherapy To Treat The Breast Cancer Followed By Surgery That Showed No Cancer Cells Were Left In The Lymph Nodes.
