Self Care and Relaxation Techniques for Stress Reduction

Have you ever wondered about the health benefits of massage or other touch therapies?  Are you looking for a relaxing and calming way of reducing stress that you can practice at home and with your family/friends?   During this 60-minute group class, you will engage in both an informational and interactive experience with one of our Licensed Massage Therapists to learn relaxation techniques that you can implement when at home or at work.  Come enjoy a fun and soothing group experience as you work both in pairs and in a group where you will learn various types of touch therapies that can facilitate optimal healing and vitality.  Bring a friend or a loved one to learn together!

We accept: VISA, MC, AMEX & Discover.  We do accept cash but only if exact change.  All checks and money orders made payable to: UC Health.  Health Savings/Flex Spending Accounts can be used for insurance copays, self-pay payments, and class participation.
