This two-hour class is taught by an international board-certified lactation consultant (IBCLC), it will provide parents with information and skills that will guide them through breastfeeding. Topics include what to expect after delivery, the physiology of breastfeeding, milk production, position-and-latch, newborn feeding cues and patterns, milk expression and pumping, returning to work, self-care and support tips for your partner.
This class will take place both virtually (on Microsoft Teams) or in-person at the address and location specified above.
