The mobile stroke unit is advanced stroke care on the move bringing the strength of the UC Health stroke team directly to the patient when seconds matter most. The mobile stroke unit comes equipped with a computed tomography (CT) scanner to help diagnose a stroke as well as the ability to begin treatment before the patient arrives at the hospital.
