This honor from The Cincinnati Enquirer recognizes companies with the most engaged, satisfied workforces, and is based on the results of an employee feedback survey administered by Energage, a third-party research firm that specializes in workplace health and organizational improvement.
The anonymous survey uniquely measures 15 drivers of engaged cultures that are critical to the success of any organization: including alignment, execution and connection, just to name a few.
“Now more than ever, fostering a strong workplace culture is among the most important things that we do, because we know that compassionate, patient-centered health care begins with employees who have a personal commitment to carrying out that mission every single day,” said Tom Daskalakis, chief administrative officer for West Chester Hospital. “We are proud that our clinicians and employees consistently say that our hospital is a great place to work.”
The West Chester Hospital team consists of more than 1,400 people. A member of UC Health, the region’s adult academic health system, West Chester Hospital provides full-service, specialized inpatient and outpatient care on a 66-acre campus.
