Jackson will begin on Monday, Sept. 11 as UC Health Vice President Operations, West Chester Hospital Site Leader and Chief Nursing Officer. In this role, she will oversee the operations of West Chester Hospital, which has more than 1,000 employees and 174 licensed beds. Jackson will also provide leadership of system patient experience, capacity management and pastoral and volunteer services.
Jackson has a proven track record in nursing leadership, including more than 20 years of experience at UC Health’s University of Cincinnati Medical Center and, most recently, as chief nursing officer of Mercy Health-Cincinnati’s West Hospital since 2019. She is also an adjunct faculty member at the University of Cincinnati College of Nursing.

Wiehe, UC Health Chief Operating Officer, Hospital Division. Wiehe leads hospital operations for the health system.

Jackson holds a bachelor’s degree in nursing from the University of Evansville in Indiana; a master’s degree in nursing from Xavier University in Cincinnati; and a doctorate in nursing practice from the University of Cincinnati College of Nursing.
