UC Health Acquires Kettering Reproductive Health

Jul. 18, 2018

CINCINNATI — UC Health’s Center for Reproductive Health has acquired Kettering Reproductive Medicine in Kettering, Ohio, effective Oct. 1.

The acquisition will combine two prominent Greater Cincinnati fertility practices into one full-service reproductive health practice with locations spanning the Interstate 75 corridor from Kettering, Ohio to Florence, Kentucky.

“We are proud to bring together these two well-respected reproductive health centers. Both centers have served their respective communities for many years, and this merger will allow us to combine resources to expand access to advanced fertility care for more patients across the Tri State region,” said Michael Thomas, MD, executive vice chair of the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology and chief of the division of Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine and a UC Health physician.

Beginning Oct. 1, Kettering’s Mark Bidwell, MD, and Erin A. Yontz, MS, CRNP, will join UC Health. The UC Health Center for Reproductive Health will now provide reproductive health and fertility services at locations in Kettering, West Chester, Clifton and Florence, Kentucky.

UC Health’s Center for Reproductive Health is the only comprehensive patient care and research center focused on fertility in the Greater Cincinnati area. Established in 1988, it has assisted thousands of families with successful conception.

The center’s physicians are also faculty members at the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine, which allows them to provide the latest in discovery-driven care and diagnostic testing. The center’s mission is to provide advanced reproductive, endocrine and fertility care in a supportive, compassionate and patient-centered environment.
