Required Pre-employment Documents

  • Valid Driver’s License/State ID/Passport

  • I-9 Documents: An acceptable list of documents can be found here on page 2

  • Immunization records:

    • Required: Records for MMR, Hepatitis B, Varicella
    • Encouraged: Tuberculosis/Flu/COVID 
    • Blood draw at appointment if records are unavailable
  • Medications/proof of prescriptions if taken within the last three months

UCPC 

  • Parking Services department will assign you a parking location. You will receive your parking assignment and wand (if applicable) in your Day 3 orientation. Please make sure to bring the license plate number and make/model of your vehicle(s) with you on that day.

Access your secure and private My Health webpage online via the link: https://uchealth.readysetsecure.com/rs/

  • Click “New User? Click here to Begin” and follow the instructions. 
  • Use the following information: 
    • Organizational 4-digit Code: 2947 
    • Program Type: New Hire
    • Population Type: New Hire
  • Complete the Health Assessment Surveys before your scheduled appointment; green checkmarks indicate completion
  • Attend a scheduled appointment with Employee Health 

If unable to finish surveys, arrive 30 minutes early to complete them during the appointment.

Dress Code

Please abide by your dress code policy while on UC Health grounds:

  • Business Casual for all sites. Ex. Blazers, slacks, button downs. Knee length dresses/skirts.

New Hire Orientation

New hire orientation will take place virtually from 8am - 4:30pm on Monday and Tuesday bi-weekly. You will need to have access to a computer or tablet with internet access. The morning portion of both days will be held on a Teams calls, video is not required. You will then be completing eLearnings for the remainder of the day. New hire orientation weeks that fall on a holiday will be shortened to a one-day orientation. Please reference offer letter for start date.

Depending on your role you may require additional orientations. Please refer to your hiring leader for further information.

Epic

Epic Training is committed to the success of our associates and part of that is being able to use the UC Health Epic Electronic Medical Record (EMR)

Our Epic Training Team offers Epic Training in different formats:

  • eLearnings:  eLearnings are assigned in our OneTouch Learning System.

  • Instructor Led: Can be in person or via Microsoft Teams. 

  • Communications from Epic will come at least 2 days prior to your training and will let you know if your training is via eLearning, In-Person, or via MS Teams.
