Serving the Greater Cincinnati region for more than 165 years, UC Health Daniel Drake Center for Post-Acute Care is the region’s premier provider of post-acute and transitional care services. Centrally located in Hartwell, just off I-126, the Drake Center offers specialized care for people healing from complex illnesses and injuries and a complete range of inpatient and outpatient services, including medically complex care, skilled nursing, assisted living, wellness services and research.
