About Our Program

Our center understands that the battle to reach and maintain a healthy weight is highly personal, and that one-size-fits-all diet programs or surgery may not be the right answer for you. Weight loss is complicated; it can be affected by stress, sleep quality and various other factors.

That’s why we’ve developed a robust non-surgical weight management program built around four key components: medical, nutrition, behavior/lifestyle, and fitness. It’s a comprehensive, multidisciplinary approach to weight management, combining scientific research, sound nutrition and our extensive team of clinical experts.

Our three-phase program is for adults age 18 to 64, needing to lose moderate to significant amounts of weight.  This would be appropriate for Women with a BMI of 27 or greater, and Men with a BMI of 27-29 with comorbid conditions (diabetes, pre-diabetes, hypertension, high cholesterol, sleep apnea) or a BMI of 30 and greater.Women who are pregnant or nursing, or individuals undergoing dialysis or chemotherapy cannot participate in this program unless specifically approved to do so by our medical staff. In addition, our meal replacement shakes contain whey and soy, and may not be appropriate for individuals with an allergy or intolerance to these ingredients.

Patients must be able to commit to a minimum of six months of programming, including regularly scheduled office visits, lab work, and classes, in order to ensure their optimal success.
