It is important to know how the law affects your interests even as you enter the “golden years.” UC Health’s West Chester Hospital will hold a free Elder Law Seminar to offer legal information and guidance to help people thoroughly prepare for this stage of life. The seminar will take place Thursday, June 23.
Attorney Dennison Keller will lead this inclusive discussion on how the law affects the elderly, their families, and caregivers. Keller will share important information about life care planning to help families navigate the senior care maze, to provide guidance on guarding assets, and, most importantly, to help maintain quality of life. Keller will also discuss the following topics:
• Estate Planning
• Medicaid Planning
The Elder Law Seminar is sponsored by the Bright Horizons Program at West Chester Hospital. Bright Horizons is a free program catering to the wants and needs of Greater Cincinnati and Dayton area residents ages 55 and older. The program helps these residents take an active role in their health and wellness.
