One component of headaches can be stress and tension that may trigger headaches or make them worse. Learning mindful stress reduction techniques can be a helpful tool to decrease your symptoms and allow you to engage more fully in the present moment, even with a headache. During this 60-minute group class with our Integrative Health Psychologist, Dr Barbara Walker, you will learn specific skills to reduce stress, become more mindful, and learn to relate differently to your headaches in order to live life more fully and with optimal functioning and health.
