The Ekso Skeleton at UC Health’s Drake Center Helps Paralyzed People Walk

A wearable exoskeleton called the Ekso, available at UC Health’s Drake Center, is giving hope to those who never thought they would walk again. Kevin Moeller, a 6-foot tall paraplegic athlete, is embracing his natural height once more after an accident left him paralyzed from the waist down. The Drake Center is 1 of only 20 facilities in the world to use this new technology as a therapy tool to help their patients walk again.
